Salient Group LLP is actively recruiting on behalf of Teleperformance to fill the vacant position of Trainer. The successful candidate should possess excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, excellent analytical skills, good working knowledge of the English Language (speaking/reading/writing), demonstrate excellent leadership skills, must possess excellent project management and analytical skills, and be tech savvy.
To be a successful candidate you must meet the following required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, marketing, or related discipline.
- At least six (6) months Call Center experience and/or experience in a similar position.
- Must demonstrate proficient Product Training Facilitation skills.
