This role focuses on graphic design, content creation, branding, and multimedia production, with supporting roles in photography and videography. The ideal candidate is a strong graphic designer and visual storyteller who can bring ideas to life through engaging graphics, videos, and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design (Primary Role)

- Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and branding materials.
- Design content for social media, print, advertising, and digital marketing.
- Ensure brand consistency in all visual outputs.

Content Creation & Brand Support (Primary Role)
-
Develop engaging visual content for social media, reels, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Optimize digital content for various platforms and audiences.

Support internal marketing efforts by creating promotional materials.

- Photography & Videography (Secondary/Supporting Role)
-
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for clients and internal projects.
- Manage proper lighting, composition, and post-production editing.
- Maintain and organize company-provided photography and videography equipment.
- Collaboration & Innovation

- Work with the Creative Director to execute campaigns and visual concepts.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist and participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Use software/online tools to assemble mood boards/style scapes/story boards to share and discuss creative vision with team/clients.
- Use Project Management Software or similar tools for project organization and deadline tracking.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the company’s digital asset library.
- Provide support during client presentations and meetings, including preparing materials and setting up equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must-Have:

- Proven experience in graphic design & social media content creation with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in color theory, typography, layout and composition.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Express, InDesign, Acrobat, XD, Audition or equivalent design and editing software e.g., Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer, Capture One, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Desktop, Fusion, Affinity Publisher, Figma, Fl Studio, Audacity).
- Basic knowledge in photography and videography, including planning, lighting, staging, shooting, editing, compositing, dodging and burning, sound design, color correction & color grading, and motion graphics.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):

- Familiarity with AI tools and Prompting (DeepSeek, MidJourney, Firefly, DALL·E, etc.).
- Experience with 3D Design & Photogrammetry (using Blender, 3DVista, Maya, Cinema 4D, etc.) and virtual tours. This includes creating 3D models, textures, and animations for use in projects like 3D photogrammetry, virtual tours, or immersive media.
