Salient Group LLP is seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Delegate to support operations on behalf of a leading multinational nutrition and food brand in Belize City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate healthcare professionals on nutrition products and scientific principles
- Promote ethical medical detailing in line with WHO Code and company policies
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
- Execute territory coverage plans and maintain CRM records
- Participate in seminars, events, and training activities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in healthcare or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical/scientific field preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Applicants must possess a reliable personal vehicle suitable for regular travel throughout the designated coverage area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English; Spanish is an asset

This is a full-time, remote position requiring regular travel throughout Belize to support the assigned coverage area.
