Salient Group LLP is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Officer for CMA CGM Group in Belize City.
The Customer Service Officer is primarily responsible to:

- Case Management
- Service Level Management
- Customer Service Performance Analysis
- Coordination of Communications
- Facilitating Processes
- Customer Journey Mapping
To be a successful candidate, you must meet the following requirements:

- Minimum Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Experience: 2- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within shipping, freight forwarding, port operations, or logistics, and knowledge of the organization, processes, and tools of the CMA CGM Group.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Language Skills: Must have a good working knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Other Requirements:
- Effective and assertive communication skills.
- Customer service orientation and vocation.
- Experience working in high-pressure environments and managing multiple customer requests.
