Salient Group LLP is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Digital Marketing Administrator to support a commercial business in Belize.

Required experience and skills

  • Minimum Associate Degree
  • Proven work experience of at least 2 years in social media management within a commercial environment (this will be confirmed by submissions of your previous work)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suites, and video editing applications to create attractive, eye-catching advertising media
  • Demonstrated graphic design and videography skills
  • Applicant must have exceptional written skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent working knowledge speaking/reading/writing English
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and to work with little to no supervision


  • Develop and manage effective digital marketing campaigns for website and across major social media channels
  • Develop and manage brand awareness, inbound traffic, and online reputation across all branded social media channels
  • Develop and manage online web content and web casts as required
  • Produce video advertisements as required
  • Report on analytics
  • Interact with customers and prospects in an efficient and respectful manner
